Tony Washington
Tony grew up between Chicago and Detroit. Influenced by the business environment of Chitown and the Music environment of Motown, along with seeing his Grandfather's passion for playing the drums inspired Tony as a child. Tony moved from Detroit to California, where his Uncle and business partner Charles later joined him, together they developed Bonita Records, which produced recording artist, as well as promoted events and concerts. Tony later went to school for Film and TV Production, then combined the Music, Show Events, Film and TV Production all in one and called it Bonita Entertainment, LLC.

Anthony Rudolph is a successful Entrepreneur/Motivational Speaker and Media Professional with Big10 Ventures and Rudolph Media Group. In these roles, Anthony looks after/coordinates/manages and leads people into finding their greatness and removing fears from their pathway to success. A big believer in pressing forward, Anthony Rudolph supports both personal and business growth, through the formula of eliminating all obstacles and having a clear vision of your direction. Overcoming the obstacles such as growing up without a father and a mild stutter, Anthony Rudolph carries the ingredients for a "no-excuse" mentality.
